Spring is upon us – which for me means it’s time to get back into some good self-care habits that I’ve kind of fallen off the wagon for during wintertime. ESPECIALLY during the continued pandemic closures! You can do all of these spring self-care ideas at home – so no need to forgo social distancing either! Let’s dive into this!
SPRING SELF-CARE IDEAS

AT-HOME MANI/PEDI
It is SO easy to do a gel mani and pedi yourself and I LOVE it. I actually wrote an entire blog post on how to do an at-home mani/pedi HERE – and included all of the things you need to make this happen!
YOGA CLASS + MEDITATION PRACTICE
My favorite thing to do is hop on youtube and watch an easy yoga routine. I usually do it to wind down and prep for bed. I also will do a meditation practice while I do the yoga routine – typically picking a guided meditation from my Insight Timer app!
FACE MASK & ICE ROLLER
My hubby and I do these at least once a week. They are perfect for taking a few moments to care for the skin on your face. Winter is SO harsh and the changing seasons can be so tough – a little extra TLC is just what they need!
CARE FOR YOUR DRY SKIN
It’s SO important to care for your skin – and I don’t know about you, but my feet/heels are almost always the most neglected. Care for your dry heels with Flexitol – my personal fave. As it starts warming up, I like to do quick neighborhood loops with Jack and the dog! It helps get your blood pumping and fresh air ALWAYS feels so good around lunch time when you need to stretch your legs.

I talk to my best friend on the phone literally 4 or 5 times a day – I’m not even kidding. We call each other all the time and it makes my life so much better.
