It’s THAT TIME OF MONTH again! I can hardly believe July is over. Jack is one, COVID19 is still raging on, I launched my podcast (+ my 1:1 business strategy program, Boss & Ambitious), my bestie Erica came to visit for Jack’s birthday, my master bathroom is FINALLY renovated and I’m onto the next home project. July was a busy, busy month. Let’s dive into what I was LOVING this month!

Bliss Boutique Fashion
This boutique is so fun – I have a jumpsuit, a pair of jeans and two tops from their recent summer launch. They have awesome quality and a really wide selection of things to choose from. I’m super impressed.
Banana Republic Mask Trio
I figured if we are all going to wear masks, we might as well look cute while doing so! I am a big believer of wearing your mask in public so this was a no-brainer. These are cute, durable and don’t hurt your ears.
Amika Dry Shampoo + Texture Spray
I have actually fallen in love with BOTH of these. I am going to splurge on the hairspray here soon to see if that is as good as my Living Proof one. This brand is cruelty-free and I think the texture spray even rivals my Kevin Murphy Bedroom Hair!!

Jack’s Laulie Cakes Shark Cake
THIS CAKE WAS SO CUTE. This was the PERFECT first birthday cake for Jack. His birthday theme was One-Der The Sea (you can check out all the details here). We found this shop in downtown St. Charles and it was so affordable and delicious. They do awesome custom cakes and cupcakes.
Bite Beauty Agave Lip Balm
I just recently found this lip balm at the bottom of one of my purses I cleared out of my closet and was THRILLED. I have been looking for it for forever. Huzzah! It’s one of the BEST lip balms I’ve ever used. It hydrates even the driest of LIPS almost immediately and leaves a really pretty gloss like finish on the lips.
Hustle Like A Mother Podcast
GUYS. In case you missed it, I launched my podcast this month!! Hustle Like A Mother Podcast is a project that has been pretty much two years in the making (that’s when I originally BOUGHT the podcast equipment). The downtime with covid and quarantine gave me the time I needed to actually get myself together enough to get this launched. It goes live every Wednesday and is exactly what my mamas-in-business need.
Evenflo Versatile Play Space
This is one of my FAVORITE purchases we have made for Jack, hands down. HANDS DOWN. We move this from room to room, and it’s perfect to contain my busy toddler. It got to the point where Jack was opening all the drawers and getting into a million things so we had to come up with a solution. This works perfectly. He plays in my office while I work and I know he isn’t going to get into anything.
Tadpoles Soft Foam Playmat
This is the playmat we put in Jack’s playroom in our basement! It’s in a temporary location right now until the construction is finished in the offices BUT it’s SO awesome. It is a giant square that creates the perfect space for his toy organization, his book shelf and some of his larger toys. It creates a really cohesive look and keeps his toys from over taking the entire basement.
Pearl Accent Flat Sandals
Erica from Coming Up Roses brought these to me when she came and visited for Jack’s birthday because she accidentally ordered the wrong size and figured I would love them. I DO. They’re SO cute and instantly add a little bit of class and shine to whatever outfit you are wearing, even if it’s super casual.
