I always say – if you have to do a task more than twice, you need automation tools to streamline the task. MOST entrepreneurs struggle with finding the right tools to streamline their processes and free up valuable time so they can focus on what really, truly matters in their business. Today, I’m getting back to the basics and rounding up some of the best tools for automating repetitive tasks in your business. These tools are designed to save you time, increase efficiency, and help you scale your operations without burning out (the TRIFECTA of running a business).
My Top 5 Automation Tools for Entrepreneurs
ZAPIER
Zapier is probably my favorite way to automate tools that don’t connect to each other on their own. It makes it SO EASY to connect every app you use together and create custom, seamless automations. In fact I posted HERE on my Instagram over the weekend one of my best Zapier x Notion automations for content creation – you can copy it exactly to get started!
ASANA
Asana is really wonderful for those who have a small team. You can streamline your workflows, assign tasks, collaborate with your team, and easily find everything you need in one easy place. Plus – it has robust features like task automation, customizable templates, and integrations with other apps.
IFTTT
IFTTT is similar to Zapier but it’s free vs paid. You can create “applets” to connect different apps and devices, from automating your email inbox to syncing your calendar events, there are endless ways to create automations that work for you.
HUBSPOT
Hubspot is where it’s at for those of you who need marketing, sales and customer service options for your business all together. Whether it’s automating your email marketing campaigns, managing your sales pipeline, or providing personalized customer support, HubSpot has everything you need to automate repetitive tasks and drive results.
Do I even need to sing Notion’s praises any more? I feel like you guys KNOW at this point how deep my love for Notion runs…..I’m simply obsessed. BUT if you don’t know Notion – it’s basically a visual collaboration tool that allows you to organize and prioritize your projects in a flexible and intuitive way. If Trello x Pinterest had a beautiful product management baby, it would be Notion.
These are the easiest automation tools to get started with. There are dozens more complex – but there’s truly no need to make things overcomplicated when you’re starting out.
