I have grabbed the best ones I could find to show you how fun and versatile dressing up a bump this Halloween season can be! Let’s jump into these!

Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory
This one is SO CUTE – but it does take a bit of dedication. You’ve gotta commit to painting yourself purple. But If that’s your speed – this is the costume for you. Plus, it’s perfect if you have other little ones!
Winnie The Pooh
This is another perfect family one! Mama-to-be gets to be Winnie the Pooh, and the rest of the fam gets to choose their favorite character from the franchise to be!
Juno
This is a great first baby costume! Just the two of you in an instantly recognizable outfit, guaranteed to turn heads. Plus this is one you can probably pull together with clothes right from your own closet!
Witch
This one is so easy – and you can do it by yourself or with a partner! I’d love to see this one paired with a skeleton partner! Just wear your favorite black maternity dress and witch hat and you’re good to go!

This one is another perfect-for-family costume! You, your partner AND the kids can all join in on the fun. They likely already have a favorite character, too!

I love this one. It’s a classic, another instantly-recognizable one! Mama gets to be wicked witch OR Glinda, depending on how she’s feeling – and everyone else gets their pick. Dorothy, Tin Man, Lion, Scarecrow, Toto, Flying Monkeys – there are TONS to choose from.
Thing 1 & Thing 2
Mama is thing 1, baby is thing 2! Partner gets to be Cat In The Hat! I find this one makes the most sense for a first baby.
Milkman & Housewife
Another one that’s best for a first baby – milkman and housewife! A funny trope and one everyone will get a good chuckle at. Plus, it’s pretty easy to put together. You really just need an apron and milkman hat!
