Happy #FASHIONWEDNESDAY, kiddos! It is the middle of another week (crazy isn’t it?!) and that means another fashion how-to from Blonde & Ambitious Blog! HOLLA! Yesterday was V-Day, so I hope you spent it with either your A) single besties and a tall glass of somethin’ or B) with your sexy S.O. eating good food and snuggling. A and I went out to eat burgers and fries (we skipped the whole “sexy” thing) and came home and played a video game called “Lovers In A Dangerous Spacetime”. AKA we are lame but we had fun so take that. On a more relevant note, today’s post is all about how to style a bomber jacket. This one is SO CUTE I cannot. Let’s dive right in.
How To Style A Bomber Jacket
Step One: Choose your weapon.
Choosing a bomber jacket can be kind of overwhelming because there are SO many to choose from. Specifically, length-wise. I prefer my bomber to come to about hip height. Because of where my natural waist line falls, I look kind of funny when I wear cropped jackets. Determine you body style, and go from there! There are SO many to choose from.
Step Two: Dressed up or down?
The BEST thing about bombers is their versatility. You can throw them on with a dress, a skirt or ripped jeans (pictured). I prefer to wear them when I want a casual street style look. I matched them up with my cute little running shoes and was ready to take on the day!
Step Three: Go with something fun — like pink or floral.
Most bombers I have seen are green or navy (something resembling the military). I went outside the box for mine and chose a metallic rose gold shade. I would also love to get my hands on a floral one. I love love love that it is totally different. Choose a shade you think will match the MOST in your closet to get more bang for your buck.
Step Four: Rock the heck out of that.
Now that you have your perfect bomber, you go rock the HECK out of it. You look amazing and you know it. It is fun, flirty and totally trending. AKA the trifecta for clothing. I see you girl.
There it is! How To Style A Bomber Jacket. This bomber is SUPER fun and I love that I can wear it SO many different ways. I love discovering new outfits with clothes I already have. That is the point of buying something: to be able to style it multiple different ways. We all know that it is IMPOSSIBLE to always be buying new clothes unless you are a celebrity. It’s awesome to be able to work with what you have.
Do you have a bomber jacket? What is your favorite way to wear it?! Leave me a comment below letting me know what your favorite bomber style is and why!
Cute! Definitely giving me Greece Pink Lady vibes.
Hubs and I ordered take-out and watched TV. While I admire the couples who got dressed up and went out for Valentine’s Day, that was just too much to do on a Tuesday lol
LOL I totally get it.
Nice style! Following your blog 🙂
The silky blush pink bomber jackets are my favorite. This one really brings out your lipstick.
Thanks girl! It is oh-so-comfortable, too!
great blog! Love how you styled the jacket. And the blush color is so on trend!
The pink color of this jacket adds the perfect touch of femininity to this outfit! It’s a beautiful color on you!

I still haven’t bought a bomber jacket as I never know whether to pick a print or stay with a plain version. You look lovely in pink though.
I absolutely love that bomber jacket and the t- shirt, super cute! The great thing with bomber jackets is that you can dress it up or down, just adds some pumps and your ready for a night out.

I’m a huge fan of bomber jackets; I have so many different colours and materials. I don’t have a blush pink one, though. That colour is gorgeous, and looks amazing on you! I love the way you’ve styled it (that shirt, though). 🙂
I really enjoyed reading your blog, girl. So much so that I’m now following via GFC. (:

That looks like a great outfit to pair with the bomber jacket. I like your style! It looks casual and trendy at the same time.
What a cute look! Now that you’ve shown the bomber in a dressed-down street-smart sort of style, though, I’m curious to see how you’d take this same jacket and glam it up for a night out.
The bomber is so fab! And I love your distressed jeans.

Such a fun look! And I love your hair! Maybe I just haven’t been around your blog for a while, but it’s super cute.
I definitely loved how you styled yours! I love bomber jackets, they’re comfy and stylish and they come in different colors, perfect to match your outfit for the day.
Bomber jackets are really nice! I usually pair them with skirts to make it look more feminine but jeans are a perfect match too! Love your outfit!
I’ve never bought a bomber jacket ever but I love the one you have on right now. I especially love the kind of pink which makes it look chic instead of like candy. I might give this a try when I go shopping sometime
I love that color more than anything. I have been seeing it everywhere but it looks so beautiful as a bomber jacket.
I love your bomber jacket. It is so pretty and looks great on you. You’ve styled it perfectly!

I love the bomber jacket style. I have a black, brown and army green and wear them often.
This is such a lovely jacket and you wear it really well. I’ll need to invest in such a statement piece for this summer, I think! I am inspired!
I remember bomber jackets from when I was young – they were bulky and ugly and there was nothing feminine about them. Now look at them! So gorgeous 🙂

Thanks girl!!! I love how girlie it is!!!
Definitely a style to wear this spring. I love the color of this one. Even though I am not the typical girlie – I like the slight metallic look to it.
This is so cute! I wish I could wear this but our springs usually feel like summer!
This outfit is so cute! I love it with the light colored jeans! Now I think I need a pink bomber jacket!
I do really want to get one; I might have to look harder this spring. I like how it looks dressed down.

You are rocking that jacket!! I really need to up my jacket game — I basically alternate between a denim jacket and a green utilitarian jacket but they aren’t quite statement pieces.
You legit look like Taylor Swift in all of these haha. I love your jacket. That is such a great color!
Love this outfit so much! I need to get a bomber so bad–this color is too perfect!
You’re DA CUTEST. I have a suuuuper similar bomber – no surprise there, folks. TWINS.
