Hey hey hey, my friends! I haven’t talked beauty in a hot second – mainly because I am chasing after a two year old and honestly putting on a full face of makeup has been the LAST thing on my mind lately. That said – I got the question the other day asking what I would replace my makeup bag with if I lost everything in it. It got me seriously thinking because if I am being honest with myself, I probably wouldn’t splurge on a bunch of my higher end items. Drugstore makeup has come SUCH a long way and there are so many affordable items and brands that I truly love that I’d reach for before reaching for anything super pricey. SO I thought I’d share an updated list of a my full face of holy grail drugstore products! Let’s jump into it.

DRUGSTORE HOLY GRAILS: FULL FACE OF MAKEUP

SHOP THE PRODUCTS:

CREAM LIPSTICK: Physicians Formula Murumuru Butter Lipstick $4.25

If you were to purchase the entire lot to either create a full makeup kit for yourself for you need to replace something on the fly (I am always terrified of my makeup being lost on an airplane) – you’d spend about $155, which is pretty good considering a lot of my high end products start at around $40-$50 for ONE product (so you’d only get – at most – a foundation, eyeshadow palette and liner for $155).

Colourpop, NYX and Physicians Formula are three of my favorite brands for drugstore makeup. I believe they have the most consistent product line ups and formulas across the board. If I had to pick ONE favorite, Colourpop would come in first. If I really needed to replace everything in my bag, I could do it with them.
