Happy FRI-YAY!!! I’m so stoked to share this year’s Family Halloween costume! We spend all year prepping and planning to crush Halloween as a fam and this year, our costume is OUT OF THIS WORLD. 😉 Our costume this year is our toddler alien and two awesome astronauts. You can peek last year’s costume here – spoiler: our year was bananas. lol! ANYWAYS: let’s go ahead and dive into this!
ASTRONAUTS + ALIEN – FAMILY HALLOWEEN COSTUME
Who is this costume good for?!
Any family with any ages, honestly. Some costumes are more geared towards families with littles or pregnant women, etc. But this one could work for any number of kiddos – just increase your alien entourage. LOL. Kids of all ages could have fun dressing up as their favorite kind of alien.
Where can you snag these costumes?
We got ours at HalloweenCostumes.com. This is a new costume shop – I haven’t shopped there before this year. The shipping was really fast and the quality of the costumes seem great. They’re pretty similar to what you can get from WholesaleHalloweenCostumes.com or PartyCity.com.
How much did you spend?
We spent $150ish on our costumes this year. That seems like a lot to a LOT of people – however, we love going all out and dressing way up each year. We do a photoshoot each Halloween and we love this time of year. So it’s money we set aside specifically for this purpose. You do not have to spend that on your costumes. There are TONS of DIY versions of this kind of costume – you can find a few here: toddler DIY alien, astronaut DIY.
