This month has gone by SO FAST – as has every month this year, I feel. Somehow we’ve made it to the end of the year and it’s almost now time for Christmas festivities. Right now, we’d usually be on our way to Louisiana to spend Thanksgiving with Adam’s family – however, this year, we decided to stay home to ensure that we didn’t get anyone sick and vice versa. Covid cases are rising again, so we just thought we’d rather be safe than sorry. AND ON THAT NOTE – let’s dive into some happier things and chat about what I LOVED this month.
NOVEMBER 2020 MONTHLY OBSESSIONS
Cozy Earth Loungewear Set
Omg. These are bamboo loungewear and they are SIMPLY PUT THE SOFTEST LOUNGEWEAR I HAVE EVER WORN. They are SO comfortable and honestly – last week I wore them 4 days in a row. I have no shame. Little Sleepies Family Christmas Pajamas
This has become my favorite place to get matching family pajamas. Last year we did red buffalo plaid – and this year, we decided to do black and white buffalo plaid! It’s a pattern we all love. I got the women’s set, Adam got the men’s set and we got the two-piece toddler set for Jack (bonus: this set goes from 12month to size 12/14)!! They also have infant + baby outfits/zip ups (preemie to size 24 months) so no matter how old the kiddos in your house are – you’ll be able to get matching jammies for EVERYONE! PLUS: these are the SOFTEST pajamas you’ll ever wear. They are bamboo – and even Adam wears his ALL the time.
Target Threshold Cashmere Cinnamon + Merry & Bright Candles
Ok. I don’t usually buy store candles (I’m a big fan of shopping small for my candles) HOWEVER – these were $5 (for the 1 wick) and $10 (for the 3 wick) and I couldn’t pass up the smell. The Cashmere Cinnamon scent is the perfect November scent – it isn’t too “fall” but it’s not quite Christmas-y. It is a rich cinnamon scent with notes of orange, clove and amber. The single wick won’t fill up a huge room, but it’s perfect for my office space. Absolutely scrumptious. Merry & Bright is a true Christmas scent. It’s a little bit fruity and a little bit pine-y. I have the 3-wick version going in my living room and it fills the whole space! I will say – these do not have as long of a burn time as my small shop candles, so you are absolutely getting what you pay for in terms of candle life. Declan+Crew Mom Squad Sweatshirt
I actually got a LOT of Declan+Crew sweatshirts this month. They just launched in the LikeToKnowIt app and I wanted to share! I have the Mom Mommy Mama sweatshirt, the Mom Squad sweatshirt, the Mama pullover and Mom Life tee! These would be a PERFECT gift for the mama in your life this Christmas!
JustFab Sneakers
I have been looking for sneakers lately – I have become quite the sneaker obsessed lady recently. They’re cute, they’re comfy and they match my current personal style. I ordered from JustFab for the first time, and I am super impressed with the quality. I got a white pair and a black pair and they’re well made and very comfortable.
Aloette Liquid Liner
Ok – this brand is new to me. They sent me a package with some of their new products and I wanted to try out their liquid liner. It’s actually AMAZING. It’s a brush not a pen tip so it’s a little difficult to get a perfect line without practice – but it doesn’t budge, it’s a super matte black and it doesn’t smudge on my oily upper lid throughout the day. 10/10.
Taylor Swift’s Christmas Tree Farm song
I just rediscovered this song earlier this month. If you haven’t listened to it yet – it’s an actual BOP and you will immediately add it to your Christmas play list. Trust me.
Lilly Lashes Volumizing Mascara
This has been the mascara I’ve been LOVING the last 2+ months. It’s a nice, full brush that packs a big punch. I’ve actually mentioned it in another monthly obsessions before – that’s how much I LOVE IT. It lengthens AND adds volume and it’s SUPER black. I have not been wearing false lashes lately because the glue really bothers my eyes, so I have been trying to find the best mascara to give a falsie effect. This one is amazing.
Saving Paige Boutique
I snagged two of their outwear jackets this month and I am OBSESSED with the quality! I got the Charity jacket and the Abigail Boyfriend jacket – both are DARLING on and perfect for winter layering. The Charity jacket is sherpa material and SO cozy. It’s perfect to wear with a body suit, skinny jeans and over the knee boots to balance the bulk of the jacket out. The Abigail Boyfriend jacket is corduroy and SO comfortable. It’s perfect paired with a sweater and leather leggings. I will be wearing both of these all winter long.
The Sis Kiss Dainty Mama Necklace
I just got this in this month – I already have a few pieces by The Sis Kiss. They’re one of my favorite small shops! I have a JACK custom name necklace – but this mama necklace is absolutely darling. It is one of their ready-to-order pieces so you can still get it in time for Christmas!
This was really fashion heavy this month – but I got a ton of cozy things in and I literally love them all. I have more things arriving that I am SURE I’ll include in next month’s post.
