It’s BIRTHDAY MONTH. Which basically means I have a full calendar of events planned for the month of January that all lead up to my 28th birthday. I kicked off the month my snagging some super cute outfits from Lulus during their Christmas sale – two tops, and a dress. Let’s jump right into it!
JANUARY BIRTHDAY OUTFIT HAUL

HOT PINK MOCK NECK BODYSUIT – $28
How I styled it: Altar’d state wide leg distressed denim, my Nike Airforce sneakers, and chunky gold necklace.
This bodysuit is SO FORGIVING and so flattering. I am wearing a size small! I am in love with it and immediately ordered it in the black and the ivory as soon as it came in. It’s cinching without being too tight and it hugs in every right spot. The material is thick and comfortable, too. It is super stretchy and could probably get away with this while in the first and second trimester of pregnancy, but would size up around 25 weeks.
CUT OUT RIBBED MIDI DRESS – $59
How I styled it: Lulus chunky heel, black claw clip
This dress is GORGEOUS on and insanely flattering. I am wearing a size small. It isn’t too tight, but hugs your body and the neckline cutout isn’t too low. It’s trendy, the material is good quality and it is less than $60!
BALLOON SLEEVE CROPPED TOP – $35
How I styled it: Altar’d state straight jeans, lulus chunky heel, gold hoops
I’m IN LOVE with this top. In hindsight – I got a medium but could have totally fit into a small. I sized up because sometimes a small in cropped, non-stretchy tops like these don’t fit my boobs but I definitely would fit fine in a small. It’s adorable and will be so cute for my birthday this month. The crop isn’t too high with high waisted denim, either. It just brushes the top of the pants!
