HAPPY #BEAUTYMONDAY! Today is especially exciting because HEYYY I have another video tutorial up for you pretty people. Tomorrow is the Fourth of July (one of my favorite holidays and my husbands ABSOLUTE favorite day of the year). I have been getting all of my stuff together for our big family barbecue and we are planning on going to see a big fireworks show at Forest Park in St. Louis. YAY. Fourth Of July Makeup Video Tutorial
This look is very wearable, but it still incorporates fun colors for the holiday. I am kind of obsessed with the chrome lipstick. I’ve had metallic, glitter, matte, cream..but this is my first chrome finish. It was just the right amount of pizazz to jazz this look up. Check out the full look below:
I used a lot of products in my video that are tried and true to my collection. Everyone KNOWS I’m a Tarte/TooFaced/Urban Decay junkie and they are featured prominently in this video.

I also broke into some newer products I that have been sitting in my drawer waiting for the perfect day to be used. Some of my newbie products added to my collection are the NYX jumbo eye pencil in cobalt, Smashbox Be Legendary Liquid Metal Lipstick in Crimson Chrome, and Buxom custom eyeshadow palette (I swatched it HERE).

Although I won’t be wearing makeup tomorrow because I’ll be at the pool, I still want to recreate this make up look. The blue looks amazing on you, it makes your eyes stand out. Oh and the red is such a vibrant shade – I love it all!

I must say I never even thought about expressing patriotism through makeup, but now that I’ve seen you do it I think it’s a lovely idea. I probably won’t do it myself, but will urge my girlfriends to do so if they are wondering how they ought to look or what to wear. Makeup is the answer from now on. 🙂
