Happy THURSDAY! I hope you had the best Fourth of July – my hubby & I (and my family) went to watch fireworks in Historic Downtown St. Charles, which was SO much fun. There were food trucks, shopping and carnival rides. I definitely would have preferred if it hadn’t been literally 100 degrees outside and humid (hello, midwest summer) but you win some you lose some. ANYWAYS: I have received a lot of requests about this foundation the last few weeks – so here it is, friends! My full first impression review + 10 hour wear test! Let’s dive into this.

What is your favorite foundation? I literally NEVER wear matte foundations anymore because I really prefer dewy skin so I was pleasantly surprised at my opinion with this particular foundation. I think it really is more of a natural-skin finish vs super matte (like the Fenty foundation), which with the right setting sprays and primers can look more on the satin side so I definitely am able to make it work.
