Happy #BEAUTYMONDAY! It’s a BEAUTIFUL day today in St. Louis, so I hope it is lovely for you, too. This past weekend was my first wedding anniversary and we celebrated with all kinds of fun things — most notably our anniversary photoshoot. We got some sneak peek pictures back this weekend, and I just about died. I can’t wait to show you all the pictures. TODAY, however, we are going to talk skin care and why YOU need to be using eye masks. Not just any eye masks, however, VIIcode 8 hr. Oxygen Eye Masks. Let’s dive into this.

Why You Need To Be Using Eye Masks

Let’s talk about eye masks in general.

Eye masks are really important because the skin around your eyes is the most fragile. That means more damage, more wrinkles and more sensitivity. What you put on it (or DON’T put on it) is incredibly important. You should be taking care of your eyes with night cream and day cream specifically for your under eye area. Eye masks are generally formulated with ingredients that plump the skin, revitalize tired eyes and get rid of broken capillaries and dark under eye circles. Do you wear eye masks weekly? No? It’s ok, most people don’t. Luckily, I’m here to save the day (and your eyes).

OK. Now that we’ve covered eye masks and why you should be using them, let’s talk about VIIcode 8hr Oxygen Eye Masks.

I know what you’re thinking. EIGHT HOURS? But yes, that’s right. You keep these babies on for eight hours. And thank heavens because they are FILLED with amazing ingredients to take care of your skin. They sit underneath your eyes and work their magic with essential vitamins, antioxidants, proteins, botanicals, peptides and essential fatty acids. Everything your skin needs to wake up and look BEAUTIFUL.

You can kiss those dark circles and fine lines good-bye when you regularly use the VIIcode gels. Personal anecdote: I am QUEEN of dark circles — seriously. When I get up in the morning, you would think I got punched in the eyes in the middle of the night.

After using these eye masks consistently, even A noticed that my eyes were significantly less puffy in the morning and the dark circles were really reduced. VIIcode ensures that your really do wake up like this when you get up the morning.

This means less foundation and concealer is needed to look awake and alert. Good skin (and good makeup application!) starts from the inside out. Take care of your skin FIRST before trying to cover up the blemishes and problem spots.

So…have I convinced you that taking care of your skin is important yet? I hope so. I want you all to look your BEST with AND without makeup on. I find that the smoother my canvas is to begin with, the better I look and feel.
