Happy WEDNESDAY! It’s hump day which means we have made it halfway through out week (BLESS). This outfit is one of my favorites for spring (even though it doesn’t feel like spring at all considering it SNOWED last night). Lavender is such a beautifully underrated color and I personally do not wear it enough. It’s light, springy, pastel and so easy to pair with a million different things. I’ve chosen to pair it with my favorite pair of white denim and my oversized denim jacket. Check out these stylet tips below:

SPRING OUTFIT INSPO: White Denim x Pastel Sweater

The Jacket:

This is my oversized denim boyfriend Jacket from Amazon and it is the BOMB. I am obsessed with this because it fits over everything and always looks flattering. I love that it’s affordable, too, because denim jackets can run upwards of $100 for a really nice one. This particular jacket is also distressed and a lighter wash – which I chose specifically with spring and summer in mind.

The Top:

I am obsessed with this sweater. I got this in a stitch fix box in January and have been in love with it ever since then. It’s the PERFECT pastel lavender and believe it or not – I didn’t actually have any tops in this color!! It’s perfect for springtime and it isn’t too heavy. This weight is ideal for that chilly springtime weather when it isn’t super cold but there is still a slight crisp in the air.

The Denim:

These are the white high rise denim from American Eagle. I used to EXCLUSIVELY buy my jeans from American Eagle because I actually worked there for 4 years between high school and college. I got their denim at a 40% off discount (I wish I could get that again but like without working retail) so ALL of my jeans were AE. After I quit, I branched out to a few different brands but lately I’ve been drawn again to American Eagle! They have great quality at affordable prices and they have SO MANY STYLES. I had no idea they’d added so many styles to their stores and was shocked. The mom jeans from my post last week are my new favorite. These have great stretch, don’t get loose during the day and don’t collect dirt like other white jeans I’ve owned.

The Shoes:

I have honestly had these shoes for……years. I got them in college I think from a little boutique on campus. But they are TRIED AND TRUE taupe booties. They’re comfortable, cute and literally do not show wear. They’re probably 5 years old but they look brand new. I’ll link up a similar one for you guys from the same brand. Everyone NEEDS a good staple taupe bootie, in my opinion.

I hope you enjoyed this fun spring inspired outfit! It’s one of the easiest ones to recreate (you probably have everything in your closet already). Have you picked up any pastels yet this year?!
