New Year's Day Warm Glitter Smokey Eye Tutorial

This smokey eye tutorial is PERFECT for your New Years Day festivities. It’s sparkly, dramatic but not overwhelming. I love this look for date night, girl’s night, parties and more. Anywhere I want to feel a little more glammed up than usual (which is saying something for me considering I’m glam just about every day).
