Baby #3 is officially less than 12 weeks away from arriving (which is SO WILD to me). We decided to throw a baby shower since we are having a GIRL after 2 boys and wanted to get together and celebrate the joy we have about her joining our family. I’m someone who truly believes every baby deserves a party. 🙂 My mom could not have put together a more beautiful Garden Party Baby Shower for me, and the treats and decorations were absolutely perfect. I wanted to share all the beautiful details and vendors for you here! Let’s dive into it.
Garden Party Baby Shower
Here are all the things we bought to decorate:
I just couldn’t believe how beautiful everything turned out. The weather was over 95 degrees, but luckily my mom’s backyard has beautiful big trees and they provided tons of shade from the sun, and we had a really nice breeze. So yes, it was hot, but it could have been worse! We wanted something ethereal and girlie and full of flowers and pink – and it really turned out that way.
We shopped on Amazon for most of our decor, and we did the balloon arch ourselves as well. We had 20 guests so we did two 10 top tables, a head table (for me, my mom, my sister, my aunt and my grandma), a dessert table and a gift table. We also made the food and drinks (not the desserts) and had cucumber sandwiches cut in cute little shapes, fresh fruit and fruit dip, veggies and veggie dip, and a peach Bellini mocktail.
We DID hire out a few things for the party: the tables / linens, the cake and desserts, the cookies, and the flowers. We used:
Cake House Designs: small decorated cake, cheesecake shots, macarons and cake pops.
Weinhardt Party Rentals: two 10 top tables, chairs, head table, gift table, linens for all tables.
Townhouse Treats: decorated sugar cookies party favors.
Beth Bernscoetter: two floral centerpieces, a dessert table arrangement, and bud vases for the head table.
Baby girl and I were absolutely spoiled rotten with so much love this weekend and I am so thankful to be surrounded by friends and family who drive, fly and come to celebrate. Baby was gifted more clothes than she will know what to do with and I cannot wait to put her little self in all of those bows. 😉
