Happy TUESDAY! Most of you know that I have two adorable cats – Chester and Izzy. I am very much a self-proclaimed cat lady and I accidentally turned my husband into a cat person, too. BUT. We love love love dogs in this house and once we get a house with a fence – we fully intend on getting a pupper. SO, all that to say, I hope you like dogs, because it is National K9 Veterans Day and we are barking our way through the week!

Military dogs are an irreplaceable part of the U.S. Military and I am so proud of the humans and their dogs that risk their lives every day to make our country a better place. In honor of those amazing canines helping to keep our military men safe, I’ve come up with 15 reasons that humans literally do not deserve these precious and flawless doggos. They are too pure for this world.

I hope you hug your pups a little tighter today if you’ve got them, but it’s also acceptable to hug your cats or lizards or birds. All animals are precious and flawless.

  4. I legit sobbed for an hour over the story of Pete who protected his pack and was killed by the bear. WE DO NOT DESERVE DOGS! I think this EVERY DAY when I see my dogs. They are just too good for this world
