WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE BUTTER COLLECTION:
Ok. So, let’s talk the butter collection really quick. First things first – this is an online exclusive at Ulta Beauty (grab it HERE). You can’t get it in stores but you can get that sucker shipped RIGHT to your door (that’s how I like to shop anyways). I’ve talked for months (years?) about Physician’s Formula Butter Bronzer. I use it in ALMOST every video that I show my face routine in. It is the perfect shade for my light skin because it isn’t too orange, but it isn’t too cool either (which can make me look REALLY washed out). I love how smooth the formula is, how easily it blends out and all it smells like actual heaven? The dream.
I have also chatted before about their butter blush (specifically in the shade vintage rouge). It is SUCH a beautiful coral shade that looks so natural and beautiful on the face. It isn’t too pink (which always looks SO bizarre on my skin) and it isn’t too peachy (which doesn’t match all makeup looks). It, too, smells like a beach vacation so it’s perfect for summer. My clients always are so pleasantly surprised when I use this on their skin, too!
This is, however, the first time I have used the butter highlight and OH MY GOOD GOSH. It is SO SO SO good. I have their powder palette mineral glow pearls from a few months ago that I love because it is SO bright but these really take the cake. They are creamy, brightening and they last all day. Even into the night I was glowing like a goddess.
Now – let’s discuss the body butter and perfume included in this box. WOWOWOWO. First of all – well done, Physician’s Formula on bottling what an actual beach smells like. I have been using this spray every day since receiving it and it just really makes me feel like summer is actually here. The body butter goes perfectly with this eau de toilette because obviously it’s the same scent so they don’t clash when wearing them together. I also tend to get really dry in the summer because hello chlorine and this has been doing an EXCELLENT job keeping me dry skin free even when I’m in the sun and pool all day long. Winner winner? I think yes.
