Happy #beautymonday!! Adam and I are HOME from our Dominican Republic vacation (head over to my youtube channel to see my vlog on our trip and come back FRI-YAY to see my post on where we stayed, what we did, and how to plan your Dominican Vacay). Today’s post is partnered with Grace & Stella Co., an awesome brand that provides beauty and skincare products to women everywhere. I’m using their Himalayan Bath Salts & Peppermint Essential Oil to create the PERFECT bubble bath (I promise).
How To Make The BEST Bubble Bath with Grace & Stella Co.
This post is sponsored by Grace & Stella Co. All opinions are mine and mine alone.

Everyone loves a good bubble bath (yes — even men). They are relaxing, calming, and often therapeutic. You take them when you don’t feel good, when you want to relax, and I even take them when I feel like watching a movie and drinking a virgin margarita. I use copious amount of bubbles, bath salts, essential oils and soaps to make it a truly spa-like experience.

I knew right away when I received my Grace & Stella Co. products in the mail that they would be PERFECT for my bubble baths. I went ahead and tested my theory and it totally checked out. When I got home from our international flight, ALL I WANTED TO DO was take a bath. I wanted read my book (currently reading: The Help) and soak in the tub.
Here is my bubble bath recipe (don’t forget to pin it so you can use it later):

It’s SO easy. You can swap the salts for bubbles or use them in conjunction with one another. Whatever level of comfort you want to achieve, man. You do you.
When you are finished with your bath, I like to take a little handful of extra salts and scrub them into my legs to create an exfoliating scrub before I shave and get out. It evens out my skin, softens my cuticles and feels like a massage. I’ll add a few drops of peppermint oil into my lotion to finish up the experience and VOILA! The perfect end to the perfect bath.

Taking care of yourself is all a part of self-love (need a challenge? I’ve got a 20 day self-love challenge HERE) and bubble baths are my favorite way of taking some me-time when I need it the most.

Wow this sounds heavenly! Now I need a nice bath! haha`
RIGHT? So relaxing!
This makes me wish I had a bigger tub! I’m a renter in an old home. I also have really long legs. My long legs barely fit in my old home tiny tub! I sometimes enjoy a bath, but it’s a cramped enjoyment. Maybe the bubbles & uplifting peppermint smell would make it more pleasant (even if crammed).
I totally get that! One day I will have a big tub with jets!
This bubble bath recipe seems so easy and is such a simple way to relax! Pink Himalayan Salts are really amazing so why don’t throw them in the bathtub? I may swap the virgin margarita for a red wine, tho! 😉
I have never thought of using the salts to help exfoliate my legs, that’s such a good idea!
I am so excited to try this! I look forward to luxurious baths especially at the end of a particularly hard day. I need to get myself pink Himalayan bath salts!
I love bubble baths and definitely need to learn how to make my own! This is so simple! I love it!
I’ve heard SO MUCH about Himalayan salts lately – I NEED to get myself a jar STAT.

I don’t know why I have never thought to put essential oils in the bath. I love that! I think I’d use lavender oil to help me relax after a long day.
Ooh, those look so wonderful! Totally need to try.
I cannot wait for the day when I have my bathtub haven!! We only have a walk-in shower 🙁 On another note, pink Himalayan salts are amazing!
Does the peppermint oil in your lotion make your legs tingle at all?

There is nothing so relaxing as a nice bubble bath! I love the idea of making my own bath products, because you know exactly what’s in them, and can avoid harsh chemicals. I can’t wait to try this bubble bath.
I love a great bubble bath, but no one really sells it anymore. I have never tried to make my own but, what a genius idea!!
