HAPPY OCTOBER 1ST AKA THE BEGINNING OF THE VERY BEST MONTH OF THE YEAR. I am so BEYOND excited for this year’s Halloween tutorials and I’ve got an AWESOME list coming for you this year. Like always, I’m starting easy and working up to the big stuff. I promise this look is definitely easier than it seems at first glance. The biggest thing is the time that it takes – I would say this one is kind of a labor of love because each square of “skin” needs shading and stitches to look realistic.

RECOMMENDED COSTUME PIECES: long sleeved white collared shirt, simple shift dress, opaque white tights and Mary Jane patent leather shoes. A fake knife with blood is always a good prop as well. *note: I recommended the long sleeves and opaque tights so that you don’t have to ALSO paint your body. Because that would take approx. 8 hours to do. Just FYI.
