HALLOWEEN TUTORIAL SERIES: GLAM CLOWN

Happy THURSDAY! In keeping with my theme of one glam, one gore makeup tutorial a week during October, today’s GLAM look is a glam clown! I did a creepy killer clown last year and it was one of my favorite looks. I thought I’d mix it up (because clown makeup is one of the most fun to do..and there may be more coming this year!) and make something that would be PERFECT for a halloween party that you don’t want to be wearing fake blood for 😉 This gold + maroon clown is a tiny bit creepy but mostly adorable and cheeky. If you’re a fan of glitter – this is definitely the look for you. All in all – I really LOVED the Naked Cherry collection. I love all my Urban Decay eyeshadow palettes, and I think they REALLY nailed the last two palettes – Heat & Cherry. They are more blendable, pigmented and have a wider range of mattes and shimmers than their previous palettes. It IS a little bit similar to the BackTalk palette but it has much deeper shades so they actually go really well as a duo if you are into pinks and maroons. I REALLY liked the blush + highlight palette. It was pigmented and the highlight was bright but still natural. I like the cream lipstick, too. It’s REALLY pigmented which doesn’t always happen with this formula. 10/10.
