I had a ton of requests to start incorporating more mom-friendly outfits into the blog – so here we are! This is my idea of a transitional capsule wardrobe for heading in to spring/end of winter. It’s extremely neutral – aka: grey, white, black and tan. I have been gravitating towards these colors because they go with everything and I just haven’t been feeling super bright colors! This color scheme feels sophisticated and adult.

ACID WASH HIGH-RISE SKINNY JEANS
I love these jeans – they are super comfortable and flattering. They add a little bit of *spice* with the acid wash pattern. I love this color for spring and it pairs perfectly with each of these outfits.
DARK HIGH-RISE SKINNY JEANS
These are some of my favorite pants of all time – I don’t think my butt looks better in any other pair of pants LOL. These are my most versatile pair of denim – they go with absolutely everything and look amazing.
BLACK HIGH-RISE SKINNY JEANS
I like to include a black pair of skinny jeans in most of my seasonal wardrobe attire because they’re flattering and pair with just about everything. Plus, they’re super stretchy so I can chase Jack around!
LONG-SLEEVE COZY LEOPARD BODY SUIT
So some of you may be thinking – WHY all the bodysuits. That doesn’t seem mom-friendly at all. HA. And I would have been inclined to agree with you a year ago HOWEVER. I have fully changed my tune. Body suits mean I can layer easier without adding bulk and it also means I don’t have to worry about my shirt pulling up when I’m getting on the ground to play with J. I think that I worry LESS about my outfit when I’ve got a bodysuit on!
SHORT-SLEEVE WHITE BODY SUIT
This is my favorite Amazon find maybe of all time. It’s a thick, opaque bodysuit that is perfect for layering underneath duster cardigans. It is the ONLY white bodysuit I have ever worn that isn’t see-through. Did I mention it’s only $9????
LONG-SLEEVE COZY WRAP BODY SUIT
This bodysuit is a little bit fancier compared to the other two which make it perfect for dressing up a bit. It pairs beautifully with the dark skinny jeans and a pair of black block booties.
MOCK NECK NEW YORK SWEATSHIRT
I instantly fell in love with this sweatshirt. It’s cropped so it hits at the perfect spot right above high rise denim and it’s got such a sweet mock turtle neck. SO flattering, warm and comfy.
COZY DUSTER CARDIGAN – GREY
I’ve become a duster cardigan queen over the last few months. They’re so cute, they aren’t heavy or bulky and they make you look super tall thanks to elongating optical illusions HA! This one is insanely soft.
DUSTER CARDIGAN – TAN
LOVE this one in tan, as well!! Again – great for layers and looks perfect paired with any of the above bodysuits.
WHITE LEOPARD PRINT VEST
I love this paired with the black bodysuit or a basic black turtleneck. It’s reversible and it’s super warm. It’s the right amount of neutral leopard to add a little bit of excitement to an outfit.
