HAPPPPY #BEAUTYMONDAY!!! It’s July now – which means it is BABY MONTH. I’m still pregnant while writing this..so send me ALL the baby and delivery dust you’ve got because my due date is WEDNESDAY. BUT TODAY: we are going to do something new on my blog – an EMPTIES post! I don’t think I’ve done a post on this before (though I have done some IG stories on favorite empties), so I’m excited to delve into my trash bin from over the last six months to show you what I’ve actually used up completely! Let’s dive into this.

As someone who reviews products for a living – I will tell you: I do NOT use products up completely very often.  It’s super rare if I actually have a product that I get completely to the bottom of. If that happens – you KNOW I loved it and truly could. not. put. it. down. SO. Consider also a list of holy grails/favorites because honestly, these products are! 

Living Proof Prime Style Extender

I’m OBSESSED with this style extender. I truly feel like it helps my hair last longer between washes and it smells AMAZING. It claims to keep hair cleaner longer by repelling dirt and oil, and I fully believe it does exactly what it claims 150%. I have been out of it for like 2 weeks now and notice a HUGE difference in how my hair looks on day four right now vs when I was using this product. It also helps my curls last longer and stay fresh for more than a few days. 

Urban Decay Naked Skin One & Done Hybrid Complexion Perfector

I loooooove this product. It’s one of the ultimate BB creams on the market. It has JUST enough coverage to hide uneven skin and blur out blemishes without looking like actual foundation on your face. It’s definitely one and done, in my opinion. 

Makeup Forever Ultra HD Perfecter Blurring Skin Tint

This is almost the same as the UD one & done from above. It’s just as good and I alternate between the two regularly. This one is a bit more watery in consistency and is just a tiny bit more sheer. I love the scent of this tint and it looks like actually skin when you wear it. SO good. I’ve gone through 2 or 3 of these already.

Ole Henricksen Truth Banana Bright Face Primer

I PUT OFF TRYING THIS PRODUCT FOR SO LONG AND WHYYYYYYY. I don’t know why this hid in my drawer for such an obnoxious amount of time – but I looooooove it. It’s a fabulous face primer, truly brightens up your skin and smells like oranges. It is a primer but goes on like a moisturizer and really hydrates your skin.

NYX Honey Dew Me Up Primer

This is another primer I LOVE but for completely different reasons. The Banana Bright face primer is more of a lotion, whereas this primer is a gel formula. It makes my skin feel really tacky – which is PERFECT for latching on to foundation and concealer. It keeps my skin from looking too dry and matte and really makes me look dewy and hydrated. This is my GO-TO summer primer.

Trate Maracuja Creaseless Concealer

This is one of the most full coverage concealer I’ve ever looked. It’s one of the best concealers for acne coverage on the market in my opinion. I don’t use this for my undereye because it’s a bit crease-y (despite the name) under my eyes because of how thick it is. But it truly will coverage any redness, acne and hyperpigmentation.

Colourpop No Filter Concealer

I did NOT think I would like this concealer as much as I actually do. I tried it on a whim for my full-face of colourpop video and I actually like it better than Shape Tape. I haven’t even used any Shape Tape for probably 8 months or longer!! PLUS this is only $6. So…..#win-win

Colourpop Brow Boss Gel

This gel is awesome and SUPER comparable to my Benefit brow gel I love so much! It’s got JUST enough pigment to add some color to the brow and it holds my hairs in place all day. Again – super affordable dupe!

Colourpop Precision Brow Pencil

THIS BROW PENCIL IS THE ACTUAL BOMB. I am obsessed?????? I wasn’t sure I’d love it so much with it being touted as an ABH dupe. I LOVE my ABH Brow Wiz. But – I will say: it absolutely is a dupe for ABH and I actually like it better (and it’s way less expensive).

Physicians Formula Organic Lip Treatment

I’ve talked about this a million and one times. It’s the only lip balm I will use – period. Physicians Formula is the best because I work with them a lot so they make sure to send me more when I run out. GOD BLESS THEM. Adam uses it, I use it, my friends and family use it….it’s the best. I have at least 5 tubes hidden around my house and in purses at any given moment.

Mario Badescu Facial Spray

This is my FAVORITE facial spray. I bring it with me when I travel for extra hydration, and I like to use it before I apply any primer to my face prior to makeup application. It smells AMAZING and it really wakes up my face for the day. I have gone through at least 4 bottles of it at this point.

Physicians Formula Eye Booster 2-in-1 Lash Boosting Eyeliner + Serum

I really like this liquid eyeliner! It doesn’t run and it stays all day. My favorite liquid liner is Stila Stay All Day Liquid liner BUT I was trying to go through all the liquid liners in my drawer before buying more and I stumbled across this one and actually really loved it. I’ve gone through two of them now!

Esquido Companion Eyelash Glue

THIS IS THE ONLY LASH GLUE I WILL WEAR. Honestly. It’s latex-free (which is a must for me), and my lashes do. not. move. when I wear this. I do have to buy it online because I haven’t been able to find it ANYWHERE in stores, but that’s fine. Amazon sells it in a two pack for $20 so I just keep it on retainer to be shipped to me every few months. This is my third bottle.

It Cosmetics Superhero Mascara

This mascara is the BOMB. It’s super black and doesn’t flake – and it isn’t clumpy. I only started having issues with it once it goes too old and the formula began to dry a little bit. Before that though – I had NO ISSUES whatsoever.

Victoria Secret LOVE Eau Du Toilette

This is a perfume I got during NYFW last year and I am SO SAD I finally used it all up. It smells amazing and I love this roller ball travel size specifically. I always just stick it into my purse and when I forget perfume (which is pretty much always), I have it with me to throw on and I know I’ll love the scent. Time to restock!

They are products I repurchase and use over and over again – even amongst my dozens of other similar products I have to try.
